My son's car was not in use temporarily while he was out of state. * Yadi quickly made changes to suspend his insurance since his car wasn't being used. It was great being able to save a little money since it was parked in the garage. * Jesslyn was helpful in starting the process to get my son's insurance going again. She quickly emailed the paperwork to me. * Robin Plaza provided a follow up call and was so very helpful. She helped me reinstate the right level of insurance for now. And she provided invaluable Information about how to use DMV's affidavit of non-use if my son puts his car in non-use again in the future. *Previous Review Below* When AAA said they would no longer insure my home after 21 years due to it being too close to a fire area I was not happy looking for a new home AND auto insurance provider - if they couldn't insure my home then I'd take my bundle of needs elsewhere. After lots of research I selected State Farm; it's been about 6 months and I am VERY happy. * Nicholas Salazar did an amazing job working with me on everything. He truly worked options and numbers with me, and ultimately I was very happy to get my home, and 3 family cars insured. Overall it was awesome how we could do EVERYTHING online which worked great since it happened during the Covid pandemic. * Vanessa Lopez showed great customer service when she called me to let me know dividend checks were being mailed and I should keep an eye out for them. I didn't even know I would get dividend checks! I've got auto-payment set up, they do a great job corresponding through email and phone, and I trust State Farm as an insurance company if I every have a problem. **I'm providing an update a few months later because I wanted to say how HAPPY I am in how all the State Farm reps and the local rep Nicholas and Yadira have handled my recent claim. No one wants to have to deal with an accident, but State Farm reps (from claims, to billing, to adjusting my current insurance needs) have been WONDERFUL. They really made the whole experience much better for us. Highly recommend this office."
